I turned it on to track and it said that I only skied for 1.5 hours even though I skied about 5 hours. This one is a little different where you actually have to click start tracking in the beginning and then it tracks actual runs you go on which is cool, and speed etc. This is the first year I’ve had this app, usually I do the epic Pass and I loved that it (EPIC) tracks every left you go on when tagging your pass to get on the lift and then you can tell your vertical feet and all the chairlifts that you’ve been on.
Ikon is not for everyone, but if you live in Utah or Colorado it’s a great deal.Fix it to auto tacking when your lift pass tags the chairlift!!!!!! That’s 20 days of skiing next season – more than I did this past winter. Not only does the Ikon Base Pass offer unlimited skiing at Solitude resort, I can ski five days at four other Utah resorts as well. Yes $649 per adult (base pass, early pricing) is steep but when compared with day price tickets or season pass prices, you’d get your money’s worth after just 5 days of skiing. I just wanted to share why I splurged for the Ikon.
